Boat ramp across the street over the bridge, not at the resort. Saw more trucks with boat trails than ever before on sunday oct 2 maybe oct 3 the salmon must be numerous right now because i lucked out finding a parking spot seriously a lot of boaters bet they are slaying them.

It is a asom place to live. Close to the river to go fishing. THAY ARE THERE TO HELP U WHEN U NEED IT AND THAY ARE GOOD PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN THE PARK

There are no rooms to rent. It is an rv trailer park that sits on the Sacramento River. Absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful!
